End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and the operator of PostSesh ("we", "us"). It governs your use of the PostSesh app. By creating an account you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use PostSesh.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use online services where you live, to use PostSesh.

2. What PostSesh is

PostSesh is a daily photo-sharing app for people who train. Each day you can post one post-workout photo taken inside the app. Posting unlocks that day's photos from friends you have connected with. Photos are shown to friends for the day they were posted and then remain in your private archive.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, captions, comments and comment replies you post. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and display that content to the friends you have connected with, solely to operate the service. You are responsible for everything you post, including photos, captions, comments and replies, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

PostSesh has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. These rules apply equally to photos, captions, comments and comment replies. You agree not to post or share content that:

• contains nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material;
• harasses, bullies, threatens, or demeans any person or group, or promotes hate on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic;
• depicts or glorifies violence, self-harm, eating disorders or dangerous activity;
• involves minors in any inappropriate way;
• is spam, deceptive, impersonates someone else, or is posted for commercial purposes;
• infringes anyone's rights or is otherwise illegal.

You also agree not to use PostSesh to stalk, intimidate or harass other users.

5. Reporting, blocking and enforcement

Every post and every comment can be reported from within the app, and any user can be blocked. Blocking immediately hides that person's content from you, removes the friendship, and prevents them from re-adding you. We review every report and will remove content that violates this Agreement, including posts, comments and replies, and eject the user responsible within 24 hours of receiving the report. We reserve the right to remove any post or comment, or to restrict or terminate any account, for violations. Repeat or severe violations result in permanent removal. 6. Friends and visibility

Your photos are only visible to people you have connected with as friends, and only after they have posted their own photo that day. You can find people by name or username, or invite them from your iPhone contacts; those names and numbers stay on your device. Do not share your username publicly if you do not want strangers to request a connection.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your profile, your posts, your photos and your friendships from our systems. Reports you have submitted may be retained in anonymized form for safety purposes.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: access the service by any means other than the app; attempt to bypass the posting requirement; scrape, copy or redistribute other users' content; interfere with the service or its security; or use the service in violation of any law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

PostSesh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update this Agreement. Material changes will be presented in the app and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
