Report a post, a comment, or a person

Every post and every comment has a report option inside the app. Any user can also be blocked. Blocking hides that person's content from you immediately, removes the friendship, and stops them from adding you again.

We review every report and remove content that breaks the rules in the End User License Agreement, including ejecting the person responsible, within 24 hours of receiving the report.

If something is urgent or you can't reach the in-app report option, email us directly.

Delete your account

Open Settings inside the app and choose to delete your account. This removes your profile, your posts, your photos and your friendships. It cannot be undone.

The daily photo won't post

Check that PostSesh has camera access in iOS Settings, under Privacy & Security, then Camera. If the photo uploads but never appears, close the app fully and reopen it. If it still doesn't show, email us with the time you tried.

You can't see your friends' posts

That's usually the app working as intended. Friends' posts stay hidden until you've posted your own that day. If you've already posted and still see nothing, your friends may not have posted yet.
